Foresight offers a range of products specifically designed to meet the investment objectives of institutions, family offices and high net worth individuals focusing primarily on investing in infrastructure projects, including solar, Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and environmental asset classes. Typically Foresight would target investing in projects with a capital cost of between £5m to £100m.

Foresight's dedicated infrastructure and environmental teams, based in offices in Rome and Sevenoaks, combine senior management experience within the solar power, PFI, recycling, waste and renewable energy generation sectors with extensive engineering skills and financial expertise, particularly in structuring and managing unquoted infrastructure investments. Foresight's investment managers have been responsible inter alia for building and managing large-scale solar and waste processing plants and negotiating and managing major PFI contracts. Team members serve as non-executive directors on each investee's board and are closely involved in setting strategy and operational execution, such as construction, planning permissions and commissioning.

The teams' experience, combined with an extensive network of sector contacts, enables Foresight to bring together the relevant resources and expertise, including management, planning, technology, waste sourcing and offtake contracts, required to capitalize on investment opportunities in the sector.

Foresight offers a range of products including dedicated funds, managed accounts and managed direct investments to meet the specific requirements of each investor in terms of yield, capital appreciation, sector and geography.
