Foresight Private Equity backs strong, experienced management teams in profitable UK businesses with attractive growth prospects serving both domestic and international markets.

The team focuses on companies with sustainable competitive advantages and defensible margins. We look to work with management teams with a well formulated strategy, a clear vision for growth and with deep experience in their sector and the determination and energy to execute on their strategy.

Foresight invests in businesses with a track record of revenue and profit growth. In terms of financial scale, most recent new investments have been generating between £0.5m - £3m of EBITDA* profits at the point of investment. Companies that enjoy a high visibility of future earnings through long term contracts and recurring revenues are particularly attractive. To facilitate the eventual realisation of the investment, we also prefer markets with a history of merger and acquisition activity. 

While investing across a wide range of industry sectors, Foresight prefers not to invest in sectors driven by short term trends or consumer preferences, such as fashion. In addition, we are not making investments in property or financial services.
