Solar portfolio

Foresight identifies solar projects through its network of international contacts, particularly PV installation companies and its network of lenders.

Typically Foresight acquires operating PV plants with existing EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) and operation and maintenance ("O&M") contracts in place. Selectively Foresight can consider arranging construction finance where an EPC contractor would source the PV panels and other equipment and installs them on site. In addition, the project company will acquire the necessary land rights to undertake and operate the project.

Foresight is currently actively evaluating US solar projects.
