Foresight offers a range of products including dedicated funds, managed accounts and managed direct investments to meet the specific requirements of each investor in terms of yield, capital appreciation, sector and geography.
Managed Accounts
Foresight Managed Accounts are suitable for such investors wishing to build a portfolio of solar assets using Foresight's expertise while retaining investment discretion. This is achieved by the investor providing a funding facility and making the ultimate investment decision, relying on Foresight, through an investment advisory management agreement, to source, appraise, negotiate and manage the asset over the life of the investment. These accounts provide investors with flexibility, increased control and transparency over their investments. Investment mandates are generally bespoke to meet the investor's specific requirements. Foresight will organise the asset management services for each asset class, where possible this service will be carried out in-house.
Investment Agreements are tailored for each specific managed account, covering strategy and risk guidelines, fees, liquidity, termination events and roles and responsibilities of each party.
Managed Direct Investments
Foresight also manages direct investments on behalf of investors which do not wish to make available a dedicated facility but wish to invest whilst retaining the ultimate investment decision and relying on Foresight to source, appraise, negotiate and manage the relevant assets.
