Foresight's focus is on environmental infrastructure and cleantech, solar power and private equity, with a requirement from £1 million up to £20 million of equity capital. We invest at every stage of a company’s development, supporting organic growth, project financing, acquisitions, buyouts and other transactions.
We are constantly looking for ambitious entrepreneurs and attractive growth opportunities. When we find them, we act swiftly and decisively and we back our judgments to create value over the long term. We join the boards of our companies, adding our enthusiasm and experience to drive successful growth and shareholder value. We want to build long-term relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
Our approach is successful. So far, 15 of our companies have achieved flotation and we have realised value from 33 investments. With our support, companies have multiplied their revenues by as much as 50 times, with one growing to more than $1 billion of annual revenue.
Our current portfolio includes more than 40 companies in a wide range of sectors including environmental, solar power, communications, IT, media, support services and manufacturing.
