Our recent study reveals that over half of financial intermediaries believe that infrastructure is seeing the biggest surge in investor demand among all asset classes in response to the COVID-19 crisis, over twice the number who chose equities and fixed income. Infrastructure has proven to be a favourable and reliable asset class during times of market volatility, and continues to attract the attention of both institutional and retail investors.

Our white paper, 'Stability in Adversity: The growing popularity of infrastructure investments in a crisis-hit world', explores this trend and outlines the biggest drivers behind infrastructure investments. There is clearly a burgeoning appetite for Sustainable and ESG funds and as more pressure is placed on the investment community to accelerate climate action, infrastructure funds will remain a particularly attractive option for private investors.
