The Olympic spirit lives on in Foresight Group’s Sevenoaks office as a team of twelve intrepid Foresight athletes participated in last week-end’s Hever triathlon team relay, raising funds for Hospice in the Weald.
The event saw four teams of three each participating in a 800m swim, followed by a 40km cycling road race, rounded off with an 8km run, with the Foresight teams rising to the challenge, the fastest team coming home in 2:29.
Sarah Cole, Team Leader and Head of Institutional Investor Relations at Foresight said: "we are delighted to have taken part in the event and to have raised funds for Hospice in the Weald who are such an asset to our local community. Anyone who would like to make a donation can still do so through www.justgiving.com/foresight-group"
The Foresight team (pictured) comprised (Back Row left to right) Bethany Rose, David Miles, Sarah Cole, Victoria Cheesman, Henry Alty, Philip Kent, James Samworth, James Livingston, Richard Thompson, (front row) Matt Harriss, Daisy Miers and Charlie Morris and appear to have emerged relatively unscathed for their efforts all reporting in to work on Monday morning.
