We will undertake a full investigation into your complaint and get back to you as soon as possible. Whilst we are investigating your complaint, we will provide you with regular updates on progress and realistic timeframes for when you can expect to receive our “Final Response”.
If you would like to take your complaint further, you can refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. They are a free, independent body set up to resolve individual disputes between consumers and businesses fairly, reasonably, quickly and informally. We will include their details in our “Final Response” along with an explanatory leaflet.
