How we are acting responsibly

We endeavour to always act responsibly and fairly in all our dealings and, as best as we can, try to ensure that our investee companies recognise our corporate responsibilty values. Our aim is to therefore ensure our investee companies operate in a long term sustainable manner, thus creating stronger and more profitable companies.

Our institutional investing has been endorsed by the UK Stewardship Code, published by the FRC. This sets our the responsibilities of institutional investors in relation to the companies in which they invest. More information about the UK Stewardship Code can be found here.

The principles set forth by the UNPRI are a set of best practices for incorporating Environmental, Social and Governance issues into investment decision making where consistent with fiduciary responsibilities.
