Our latest episode explores Stress. The past few months have challenged everyone to adapt their daily routines and endure unique and fairly strict conditions, both for work and in their personal lives. Coping with these changes isn’t easy and one in five adults was likely to be experiencing some form of depression during the pandemic. With the news of a further UK lockdown having just been issued at the weekend, there couldn’t be a more apt time to encourage open dialogue around stress.
This episode delves into the importance of stress management and offers some simple yet effective ways to navigate stress in our personal lives and in the workplace.
